Overview

Our client in Northern Maine is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to provide locum coverage. This role involves working 12-hour shifts with no call shifts at multiple site locations. The physician will manage patient care in a 7-12 bed ED with an annual volume of approximately 11,000-14,000 patients. Key Responsibilities ● Provide emergency medical care to patients ● Manage patient flow in the emergency department ● Ensure compliance with medical standards and protocols Schedule and Shift Details ● 12-hour shifts, 6-6, No call shifts, Multiple site locations, 7-12 bed ED Travel ● Local travel required

Qualifications

Required
  • Occupational Medicine (1+ years)
  • Valid Board Certified
  • Valid Medical Doctor (MD) in Maine (ME)
