Overview
As an Outreach Specialist at our client, you will play a vital role in driving referrals for the PACE program, engaging with community partners, and promoting independent living for frail elderly individuals in Los Angeles County. This role requires strong healthcare sales/enrollment sales, networking and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities ● Drive sales and enrollment through outreach activities ● Build relationships with community partners for referrals ● Collaborate with Enrollment Specialist Team for successful participant enrollment ● Organize community events and deliver presentations to promote PACE program ● Track and maintain activities in CRM software ● Ensure compliance with DHCS and CMS regulations ● Develop marketing plans and enhance referral processes ● Attend evening and weekend events as needed ● Support Marketing and Outreach strategies Schedule and Shift Details ● Hybrid - Flexible schedule. 1-2/wk in community/office, rest remote. Will be required to attend events at night, weekends. Normally 8a-5p, M-F. Travel ● Local travel throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area. Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher

2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Healthcare Enrollment Sales
- Healthcare Sales
- Community Outreach Specialist
- CA driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, a good driving record, and auto insurance
- Have you applied or worked at Myplace Health in the last 90 days?
- Have you spoken to a recruiter via phone regarding this position?
- Knowledge of LA County market
