Key Responsibilities ● Bring a flexible, “all hands-on deck” mindset as an individual contributor for assigned tasks, projects, and analyses ● Work alongside key leaders to coordinate and execute against organizational strategies ● Explain complex problems and ideas to broader audiences and gather buy-in to drive forward operational improvements ● Actively look and listen for improvement opportunities in our care delivery model, proactively making suggestions on how we can improve our operations. ● Lead analyses of unstructured data and summarize findings in an insightful manner ● Communicate clearly and succinctly, both orally and in writing by adapting style to the audience ● Commit to partnering effectively within high performing teams as you carry out assigned duties and responsibilities with limited supervision Schedule and Shift Details ● Hybrid role, M-F 8a-5p. Qualifications

Required
  • Associate degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Value-Based Care Experience
    • Delivery Operations
  • Have you spoken to a recruiter via phone regarding this role?
