Supervisor Social Work
Overview
Our client, a recognized leader in the field, is seeking an Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Supervisor to oversee administrative and clinical functions of the IDD program. This role involves providing supervision, crisis management, staff training, documentation review, and program administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supervisory experience, and familiarity with electronic medical records. Key Responsibilities ● Provide standard and clinical supervision to staff members ● Manage and process crisis situations with program staff and clients ● Maintain electronic medical record training and assist staff with questions and concerns ● Review treatment records and reports for documentation improvement ● Manage staff and department within span of control ● Participate in quality improvement initiatives ● Supervise case program consultations with staff ● Maintain systems to ensure program requirements are followed ● Attend meetings, conferences, and trainings in the community ● Assess community needs and provide service when indicated ● Work collaboratively with inter-departmental groups ● Complete required documentation and paperwork ● Conduct regular staff meetings ● Assume responsibility for reports required by the agency or funding sources ● Work in consultation with Total Quality Management Director ● Follow a professional code of ethics ● Other duties as assigned Schedule and Shift Details ● Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with a minimum of one late evening shift per week. Additional hours expected including evenings and weekends. Travel ● Occasional local travel
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- eClinicalWorks
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- NextGen Ambulatory EHR

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Michigan (MI)
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Michigan (MI)
- Limited License Psychologist (LLP) in Michigan (MI)
- IDD Diagnosis (1+ years)
- Supervisory Experience (1+ years)
- Working with Waivers (1+ years)
