Radiologic Technologist
Overview
Join our client's team as a Radiologic Technologist in Detroit, MI. Perform diagnostic radiological exams under general supervision. Verify patient identity, explain procedures, review images, and provide imaging education. Work effectively within a complex environment. Key Responsibilities ● Verifies patient identity and reviews patient's medical record for appropriateness of exam or procedure. ● Explains procedure to patient, including side effects of pharmaceuticals administered, risks, benefits, alternatives and follow-up. ● Reviews images, makes initial observations, documents exceptions from established protocols and communicates data to radiologist. ● Participates in process improvement activities within radiology practice including but not limited to quality of care, patient flow, reject-repeat analysis and patient satisfaction. ● Provides imaging education to residents, student technologists and new employees. ● Work productively and effectively within a complex environment, handle multiple/changing priorities. Schedule and Shift Details ● Days, Afternoons, or Night shifts available. 8- or 10-hour shifts. Rotating Weekends, On-Call required. Up to $7,500 Sign-On bonus based on experience and eligibility! Qualifications
- Must be 1+ year of experience as a Radiology Technologist (1+ years)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Must hold an ARRT (R)
- Must be a graduate of an accredited imaging program
- Valid CPR certification is accepted in addition to BLS
