Overview

As an Echo Vascular Tech, you will perform and monitor echocardiogram procedures, calculate and document test values, and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. Join our client's team at Doctors Medical Center Modesto and contribute to providing compassionate care to patients. Key Responsibilities ● Performs and monitors echocardiogram (cardiac ultrasound) procedures. ● Calculates, measures, and documents appropriate values on the tests performed for review and interpretation by physicians. ● Communicates with physicians, managers, and co-workers as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical conditions while undergoing echocardiogram. Schedule and Shift Details ● 4 x 10 hour shifts; Day shift, Weekends as needed, On call (weekend rotations required)

Qualifications

Required
  • 3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Echocardiogram (echo)
    • Echocardiography
    • Cardiac Sonography
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)
    • Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
    • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
    • Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS)
