Required skills and experience: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree in nursing required 1+ years of RN experience required Has effective interpersonal and communication skills and ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. Should you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days. American Heart Association BLS CPR required. American Heart Association ACLS is required within 6 months of hire for PCU What you need to know: RESPONSIBILITIES: This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
