CT Technologist (Multi Modality)

Overview

Required skills and experience: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of JRCERT approved formal program in Radiologic Technology. Prior general radiology experience. Currently Certified and Registered in Radiography ARRT, CRT and CPR. Current Arizona CTCT license. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of CT experience preferred Computed Tomography R.T. (R) (CT) (ARRT). Preferred What you need to know: RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs a variety of radiological procedures, including vascular, invasive, interventional examinations and computerized tomographic procedures. Possesses highly technical skills to operate sophisticated equipment. Ability to perform duties of ARRT Technologist when not performing CT. Responsible for on-call procedures when indicated. Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary to understand oral and written instructions stated in radiological and medical terms and to exchange information with patients and staff. May perform functional supervision over cross-training Radiology Technologists and/or students. SCHEDULE: Full-Time 12 hour shift, Day shift, Night shift, Weekends as needed

Qualifications

• High School/GED
• ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • CTCT in Arizona (AZ)
  • CRT in Arizona (AZ)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Radiology (1+ years)

• Computed Tomography (1+ years)
