Overview
Our client is seeking a Mobile Ultrasound Sonographer to provide mobile ultrasound services in various healthcare facilities. The role involves performing ultrasounds using portable equipment and communicating effectively with team members and clients. Key Responsibilities ● Transport and unload portable sonographic equipment and take into facilities to perform exams ordered by the physician ● Perform and process Ultrasounds using portable sonographic equipment and digitally send them to a Radiologist for interpretation ● Must obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent images ● Scan exam related paperwork/billing on a daily basis per protocol ● Communicate regularly, efficiently, and professionally with peers, management, dispatch department and clients Schedule and Shift Details ● Saturday & Sunday 9-530pm OR 8-430pm OR Fri-Mon 8-430; Rotating Weekends and On-Call as Needed
Qualifications
-
1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Vascular Ultrasound
- Cardiac Sonography
- Echocardiography (1+ years)
- Valid American Registry of Diagnostic Sonography (ARDMS)
- Valid Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
