Key Responsibilities ● Provide speech therapy services to patients in Stroudsburg, PA and surrounding areas ● Collaborate with the care team to deliver patient care plans ● Manage and document patient progress and treatment plans Schedule (Including any on call/weekends): M-F 8am-5pm; part-time (18 units/week); no weekends, holidays or on call

Qualifications

Required
  • Master's degree or higher
  • Healthcare (1+ years)
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    • Other EMR
    • TruChart EHR
  • Valid Speech Therapist in Pennsylvania (PA)
  • Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
  • Have you applied to or worked for Residential Home Health & Hospice anytime in the past 6 months?
  • Have you spoken with your Relode recruiter about this position?
