Nurse: Medical/Surgical- Department of Corrections Unit Full-time, Nights with rotating weekends (7pm-7am) Jacksonville, Florida Top-notch nurse needed! We are looking for an experienced, professional nurse to provide excellent care for the med/surg patients in our Department of Corrections unit. You will work in one of the top performing facilities in the country, collaborating with other members of your healthcare team to provide exceptional service and continue the tradition of highest quality care. The Registered Nurse is responsible to the Nursing Director/Charge Nurse for the delivery of quality patient care utilizing the nursing process. The quality of care given will be in keeping with the philosophy and objectives of the hospital and the department of Nursing. He/she will maintain and support the standards of nursing care and practice in order to meet the health care needs of patients, their families and the community.
