Overview

As a Quality Improvement Specialist at our client, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our commitment to excellence by working alongside the National Director of Quality and Compliance Programs. You’ll help drive local and enterprise-wide quality initiatives, ensure smooth adherence to federal and state reporting processes, and serve as a key contact for incident reports, root cause analyses, and the implementation of corrective action plans. In this role, you’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to uphold compliance with federal, state, and High Reliability Organization standards while embodying the values, culture, and mission that make myPlace Health a special place to work and grow. Qualifications

Required
  • 4+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Healthcare Quality Improvement
    • Healthcare Quality Assurance
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Have you worked or applied at Myplace Health within the last 90 days?
  • Have you spoken to a recruiter via phone regarding this position?
  • Are you bilingual in spanish?
Preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Root cause analysis
    • State and Federal audit prep
    • Data entry, collection and submission processes
