Key Responsibilities ● Demonstrate strong leadership skills and clinical expertise ● Provide care for patients and oversee unit operations ● Mentor and nurture new nurses for successful transition ● Coordinate employee breaks and nursing assignments ● Assist with patient care and monitor documentation Schedule and Shift Details ● 12-hour shifts from 6pm to 6am

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Clinical Quality (3+ years)
• Valid American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• Valid RN in New Hampshire (NH)
