Key Responsibilities ● Provide all levels of care to the patients ● Support patients in Evanston, IL and surrounding areas ● Meet critical deadlines for charting ● Self-manage time and schedule ● Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software Schedule and Shift Details ● Monday through Friday on the day shift; no weekends, on-call or holidays

Qualifications

Required
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Home Health Care
    • Home Health
  • Epic Home Health (1+ years)
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    • Other EMR
    • TruChart EHR
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois (IL)
  • High School/GED
  • Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
  • Are you okay with the required travel for this position?
  • Have you applied to or worked for Residential Healthcare Group anytime in the last 6 months?
Preferred
  • Please provide your RN license number (Required for Name Clear.)
