Charge Nurse: Labor & Delivery Full-time, Night shift with rotating weekends Orange Park, Florida Interested in a fast-paced, people-oriented nursing job? As one of the leader of the nursing team, you will help develop, implement, and manage excellent care plans for your patients, including the medical treatment and evaluation of patient treatment throughout the nursing team. The Labor & Delivery (L&D) Charge Nurse is responsible for the delivery of quality patient care on the assigned hospital unit. The quality of care given will be in keeping with the philosophy, mission and values of the hospital and the Department of Nursing and will maintain and support the standards of nursing care and practice in order to meet the health care needs of patients, their families, and the community.
