Overview

Our client is seeking an Outreach Specialist to engage with community partners and drive referrals for the PACE program in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare sales, geriatric experience, and be bilingual. This individual educates the community partners, prospective participants, families, and or caregivers about the PACE program. The Outreach Specialist helps keep the frail elderly to live independently at home and continue to enjoy the quality of life. Key Responsibilities ● Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners ● Collaborate with Enrollment Specialist to ensure successful enrollment ● Organize and conduct events to promote the PACE program ● Maintain CRM software records ● Adhere to DHCS and CM regulations ● Develop marketing plans for enrollment ● Collaborate with management on retention strategies ● Attend community and healthcare events to increase census ● Identify opportunities to enhance referral process Schedule and Shift Details: 8a-5p, M-F ● Hybrid - In field work 2-3 days/wk, onsite at clinic center 2-3 days/wk Travel - Local to LA area Bilingual Requirement: English + Any of the following below: ● Spanish, Korean, or Tagalog Benefits: 401k with Employer match Your choice of 6 medical plans, with premium coverage of up to 80% for employees and 75% for all dependents Dental, vision, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, short- and long-term disability coverages PTO starting at 20 days per year; plus 12 paid holidays per year, and 2 floating holidays per year Generous CME/CEU budget and time off, and professional development opportunities One-time stipend towards setting up your home office (for remote or hybrid roles) Family friendly policies, including paid new parent leave!

Qualifications

Required
  • Associate degree or higher
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Healthcare Sales
    • Health Plan Sales
    • Medicare Sales
    • Enrollment Sales
  • Knowledge of LA County market?
  • Have you spoken to a relode recruiter via phone regarding this role?
  • Are you bilingual in Spanish, Korean or Tagalog?
  • Proof of a valid CA driver’s license, personal transportation, good driving record and auto insurance?
  • Do you live within 10 miles of Downtown LA?
Preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Value Based Care
    • PACE
