PACE Scheduler
Overview
As a PACE Scheduler at our client, you will play a vital role in coordinating participant appointments and ensuring seamless care delivery for older adults. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, communication, documentation, and collaboration with key teams to support the well-being of the seniors we serve. Qualifications
- High School/GED

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Geriatric Care
- Geriatric/LTC
- Frail Adult Experience

2+ years of experience in ALL of the following:
- Medical Scheduling
- EMR
- Are you bilingual in Spanish?
- Have you spoken to a relode recruiter via phone regarding this position?
- Are you willing to commute to the Greater LA area?
