Overview

As a Receptionist/Admin Assistant at our client's PACE Center, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for participants and visitors. Your responsibilities include greeting individuals, managing calls, maintaining the reception area, and supporting office operations. Ideal candidates have a High School/GED education, front office experience, administrative skills, and bilingual abilities. Qualifications

Required
  • High School/GED
  • 2+ years of experience in ALL of the following:
    • Front Office in Healthcare Entity
    • Standard Office Procedures
  • Are you bilingual in Spanish?
  • Have you spoken to a relode recruiter via phone regarding this position?
  • A valid CA driver’s license, personal transportation, a good driving record, and auto insurance
  • Are you willing to commute to Compton, CA everyday?
Preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • PACE

    • Working with Elderly
