Field Services Technician I
Overview
This Field Services Technician I position at our client provides primary support for end-user devices and computer hardware to IHA providers and staff. The role involves user support, maintenance, installation, and project coordination to support assigned systems. Key Responsibilities ● Works closely with the service desk team and leadership regarding hardware and network support necessary for daily operations. Installs new hardware as directed ● Moves IT equipment as needed and ensures that all information delivered to offices, administration, and departments is accurate, timely, and complete ● Performs other duties as assigned Schedule and Shift Details ● M-F, 8a-4:30p - No weekends. 100% Onsite position. 6 week contract, extension possible. Must be able to start ASAP. Travel ● Travel will be required in this role as this requires set up of new computer equipment in new office spaces, located in Ann Arbor, MI and Dominos Farms locations.
Qualifications
- High School/GED

1+ years of experience in ALL of the following:
- Internal Computer Set-up
- Knowledge of multi-level desktop/laptop computer systems, applications and/or equipment.
- Microsoft Office
- External Computer Set-up
- MI Driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record?
- Can you start ASAP?
