Join our client as an LPN Wing Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in providing quality care to residents. Key Responsibilities ● Carries out the medical plan of care and oversees the Nursing Assistants' care of residents ● Administers and records medication, treatments, and monitoring as ordered ● Accurately transcribes physician's orders ● Completes monthly summaries and updates care plans ● Notifies the RN Supervisor of significant changes in resident’s condition ● Assists physicians with rounds, examinations, and treatments ● Supervises and directs resident care by nursing assistants ● Documents weights and vital signs and follows up as needed ● Maintains a clean, safe, and healthy environment Schedule and Shift Details ● Nights 6PM - 6AM // Two days on // Two days off // Three days on // 84-hours biweekly pay period. Rotating Weekends.

Qualifications

• High School/GED
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Skilled Nursing Facility Care
  • Senior Care
  • Home Health
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
