Overview

Join our client's extraordinary care team as a Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse. This full-time position in Lords Valley, PA, offers a supportive environment and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates will have an RN license, an Associate degree, and two years of RN experience. Key Responsibilities ● Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans ● Support patients in Lords Valley and surrounding areas ● Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting ● Self-manage time and schedule efficiently ● Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software Schedule and Shift Details ● Full-time position with flexible scheduling options. Travel ● Local travel required (~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations).

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• Hospice (2+ years)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR
  • TruChart EHR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
• ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
