This job is for someone who will confidently and carefully lead an interdisciplinary team implementing and monitoring treatment for residents within the treatment facility. This position involves participation and implementation of program goals and objectives to promote a strengths-based, trauma informed client centered approach to assist residents to achieve individual health and wellness goals and ultimately transition to a less restrictive setting. As a nursing services supervisor, you will be coordinating medical services for the shift, and will also be providing psychiatric and medical assessments on an ongoing basis, so excellent communication skills and an attention to detail are a must. The nursing services supervisor also works in collaboration with the nursing services manager, nursing team, and interdisciplinary team to maintain and improve processes.
