Physician: Primary Care / Correctional Care Topeka, Kansas Part-time, Locum contract (Monday - Friday / 32hrs. per week) We are seeking qualified physicians for a Kanasas-based locum opportunity, where you’ll have the opportunity to work on a short-term basis for one of the top correctional facilities in the area. During this assignment, you’ll be taking a lead role in the delivery of healthcare services to the patients as well as responsibility for the supervision of the Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners. Your hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, 32hrs. per week and you’ll see a varying amount of patients per day. You’ll be required to have the following certifications in order to be qualified for this position: License to practice Medicine in the state of Kansas, Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration, Board-certified or board eligible in primary care specialty, CPR certification, State Controlled Substance Registration, U.S. licensed Physician, and women's health background a plus.
