Therapist
Overview
As a Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral health care to older adults, ensuring they receive the support and care they deserve. This position requires collaboration, empathy, and expertise in addressing mental health challenges faced by seniors. Key Responsibilities ● Provide behavioral health diagnosis, care planning, and therapy to address a range of mental health concerns ● Work closely with the IDT to educate team members on behavioral health assessments, goal setting, and interventions ● Partner with clinicians and care teams to ensure behavioral health needs are seamlessly incorporated into participant care plans ● Build and maintain strong relationships with community behavioral health specialists ● Follow participants admitted to inpatient psychiatric facilities, ensuring that their needs are addressed and that post-discharge behavioral health interventions support their recovery ● Assess participants with unclear behavioral health conditions to establish accurate diagnoses and care plans ● Provide training to staff on behavioral health topics ● Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the behavioral health needs of participants and the overall success of the organization Schedule and Shift Details ● Monday–Friday schedule Travel ● Occasional local travel Benefits: ● 401k with Employer match ● Your choice of 6 medical plans, with premium coverage of up to 80% for employees and 75% for all dependents ● Dental, vision, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, short- and long-term disability coverages ● PTO starting at 20 days per year; plus 12 paid holidays per year, and 2 floating holidays per year ● Generous CME/CEU budget and time off, and professional development opportunities ● One-time stipend towards setting up your home office (for remote or hybrid roles) ● Family friendly policies, including paid new parent leave

- Licensed Mental Health Counselor in California (CA)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC) in California (CA)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California (CA)
- Therapist (3+ years)
