Key Responsibilities ● Oversee and direct all aspects of the Family Medicine Residency Program ● Ensure compliance with ACGME and institutional accreditation standards ● Develop and implement a curriculum that supports resident education ● Recruit, develop, and mentor faculty members ● Oversee the resident selection process ● Monitor resident performance and implement performance improvement plans ● Facilitate scholarly activity among faculty and residents ● Develop and oversee program policies and procedures ● Maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders ● Serve as a mentor and role model for residents ● Ensure financial and operational efficiency of the residency program Schedule and Shift Details ● Monday-Friday work schedule, 8 hours shifts. Qualifications
- Doctorate degree
- Family Practice (5+ years)

ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) in California (CA)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in California (CA)
- Board Certified in Family Medicine in California (CA)
- Prior experience in residency or education role (2+ years)

- Leadership role
- Academic role
