Director of Substance Use Services Phoenix, AZ FT Job Description: Under general supervision of the Vice President of Clinical Services, the Director of Substance Use Services is responsible for the operational program management of all substance use treatment services offered by our organization. The Director plans, develops and oversees program and budgetary activities and is responsible for coordinating the execution of special projects as applicable. In addition, the incumbent gathers information and prepares reports to evaluate program effectiveness. This position may be responsible for management of different and/or new programs in the future, based on the needs of the organization. As an independently licensed professional, the Director provides clinical supervision to non-licensed or associate licensed clinicians. Also conducts psycho-educational lectures and workshops for clients, families, alumni, and the general public as well as overseeing operations and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations. Necessary Qualifications: - Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate school in marriage family therapy, counseling, social work, or psychology. - Minimum of two years of directly related clinical experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. - Must possess an independent unencumbered license in the State of Arizona as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW or clinical psychologist AND a LISAC. - Managerial and program development experience. - State of Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card - Valid Arizona Class D driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle
