The Clinical Director is the head of the clinical team and is a member of the Management Team, which supports compliance with all state and federal requirements; works with the contract physicians to provide a varied and effective treatment milieu; is responsible for the management and quality assurance of all clinical services provided by Alta Mira Recovery Programs, including hiring, training, supervision and evaluation of all clinical staff. Oversight and management of all day-to-day aspects of treatment. Ensuring the team’s adherence to all quality and performance expectations across all functions. Elevating the clinical program beyond its current state (there’s never an end point to the pursuit of high quality treatment). Supervision of a talented team of Primary Therapists, the Resident Assistant Manager, and all aspects of the Alta Mira treatment process.
