Overview
Join a compassionate, mission-driven team as a Registered Dietitian, where you will create personalized nutrition plans and lead wellness activities for older adults. This role offers a supportive environment to make a meaningful impact in the lives of participants while collaborating with a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities ● Create personalized nutrition plans for participants ● Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care ● Monitor participants’ health and dietary intake ● Oversee menu planning and meal delivery ● Maintain high standards in food services ● Conduct annual or semi-annual nutrition assessments ● Lead nutrition education programs and cooking demonstrations ● Train day center staff on food service best practices ● Ensure compliance with the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) ● Document participant interactions and care plans accurately Schedule and Shift Details ● Regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Participation in on-call rotation is required.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) (1+ years)
- Nutrition (1+ years)

ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) in California (CA)
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in California (CA)
