Job Description: Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating all phases of nursing care provided on each program. Determines staffing requirements and material resources necessary to provide care to the patients for each program. Provides supervision of, assesses and evaluates the competence and performance of the nursing personnel. Participate in the recruitment and community education process. Responsible for ensuring coordinated deliver of consumer care in accordance with established standards of care, mental health practice and facility policy, goals and objectives
