Qualifications

Required
  • Doctorate degree
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Pediatric Care
    • Med-Ped
    • Pediatrics
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Board Eligible
    • Board Certified
  • Valid Medical Doctor (MD) in Minnesota (MN)
