Join our client’s premier neonatal team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. You will provide advanced care in a collaborative environment that values professional growth and compassionate care, all while enjoying a family-friendly lifestyle and outdoor adventures. Key Responsibilities ● Deliver hands-on care in four Level-III NICUs ● Manage care for approximately 1,700 NICU admissions and over 10,000 births annually ● Provide advanced neonatal interventions, including high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and total body cooling for HIE ● Participate in the neonatal transport program and coordinate emergency stabilization and care ● Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive care ● Engage in continuous quality improvement, mentorship, and ongoing professional development ● Support families through the NICU journey in a compassionate, communicative manner Schedule and Shift Details ● Various shifts and locations. Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher
• Valid Board Certified
• Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP)
