Overview

Join our client as an Admissions/SOC RN where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients in their homes. This position offers a structured schedule with opportunities for additional earnings through on-call duties if desired. Key Responsibilities ● Provide admissions and start of care nursing services ● Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals ● Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Schedule and Shift Details ● M-F; 10a-6p (Start and end times vary from day to day – expected to be available from 10am – 6pm daily.) Travel ● Territory includes multiple counties in the surrounding areas.

Qualifications

Required
  • Hospice (1+ years)
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Home Health Care
    • Epic Home Health
    • Home Health
  • Management (1+ years)
  • High School/GED
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois (IL)
  • ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
  • Are you okay with the required travel for this position?
  • Have you applied to or worked for Residential Healthcare Group anytime in the last 6 months?
Preferred
