Our client is seeking a Director of Clinical Services - Cardiology to lead and oversee multiple departments, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with standards. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and fostering relationships within the healthcare community. Key Responsibilities ● Develop and implement strategic plans for Cardiovascular Services ● Provide visionary leadership to department managers and staff ● Ensure timely access to cardiovascular services ● Oversee daily operations of various cardiovascular departments ● Implement efficient processes for high-quality care delivery ● Ensure effective utilization of personnel and budgets ● Lead continuous improvement initiatives ● Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies ● Build and sustain productive relationships with healthcare professionals ● Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration ● Represent the organization in community partnerships ● Promote professional growth of nursing and clinical staff ● Collaborate with finance to manage departmental budgets ● Monitor financial performance and develop business cases ● Champion patient- and family-centered care ● Address patient concerns and complaints

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in Arkansas (AR)
  • Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
  • Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
