Overview

Join our client as a Behavior Technician and make a difference in the lives of children with autism. You will provide one-on-one therapy, receive training and support, and work in a friendly environment focused on growth and development. Key Responsibilities ● Work one-on-one with children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder ● Teach language, social, motor, play, and daily living skills (ADLs) ● Maintain a fun, interactive, and organized environment ● Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and families ● Document behaviors and collect data ● Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy departments ● Obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification and Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Safety-Care Training Schedule and Shift Details ● Full and part-time schedules available

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Transportation (1+ years)
  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
