Overview

Join our client as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and be part of a supportive team that values curiosity and compassion. You will provide essential psychiatric care in a flexible, patient-focused environment, with opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities ● Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for high-acuity adult patients ● Support interventional psychiatry treatments (TMS, esketamine) ● Build a caseload of ~32+ patients/week once ramped ● Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to coaching, growth, and continuous learning Schedule and Shift Details ● Work primarily on-site (approx. 4 days in-office and 1 day remote). Choose your own hours and work style.

Qualifications

• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Texas (TX)
  • Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) in Texas (TX)
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Texas (TX)
• Master's degree or higher
