Senior Hospice Consultant
Overview
Join our client as a Senior Hospice Consultant and be part of a dedicated team that provides exceptional care. You will play a key role in building relationships and supporting our patients through effective marketing and collaboration. Key Responsibilities ● Maintain relationships with all existing referral sources ● Actively prospect for new referral sources based on the Agency’s scope of service ● Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources and field staff ● Work closely with Marketing, Agency Administrator, and Clinical Management to ensure that the demand for clinical care is aligned with our capacity Schedule and Shift Details ● M-F > 8-5 Travel ● Cover Maumee Residential; will work together with MI team.
