Overview
Join our client as an LPN /LVN where you will play a vital role in providing quality care to residents. This position offers a supportive environment for new graduates and experienced nurses alike, with opportunities for professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities ● Administers and records medication and treatments as ordered ● Accurately transcribes physician's orders ● Completes monthly summaries and updates care plans ● Notifies RN Supervisor of significant changes in resident conditions ● Assists physicians with rounds and examinations ● Supervises and directs resident care by nursing assistants ● Documents weights and vital signs ● Maintains a clean and safe environment ● Attends care plan conferences and assists in orientation of new staff Schedule and Shift Details ● Night shift with differential pay starting at the beginning of the shift. 12 Hour Shift.
Qualifications
- High School/GED

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Skilled Nursing Facility Care
- Senior Care
- Home Health

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
