Overview

Join our client as an LPN/LVN where you will provide essential clinical support in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will work closely with physicians and patients, ensuring high-quality care and maintaining a professional atmosphere. Key Responsibilities ● Performs blood draws, injections, child immunizations, lab tests and other procedures within scope of certification ● Assists physician in examinations, including taking blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration ● Keeps rooms cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies ● Takes and returns patient phone calls as directed by Physician ● Gives instructions to patients as instructed by physician ● Requisitions supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock ● Assists with the maintenance of the medical record including completion of referral forms, lab slips, and other documentation ● Assists patients getting to and from exam rooms and prepares them for exams ● Assists with any nursing procedure as directed by the Physician ● Works as a member of a team and is flexible

Qualifications

Required
  • Associate degree or higher
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
    • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
