Physician Assistant - Orthopedics

Key Responsibilities ● Surgical Assist, ED consults, floor rounding, pre and post op, patient education ● Order tests, review labs, prescribe medications, progress and discharge notes ● Perform comprehensive and problem-focused history and physical exams ● Formulate treatment plans for Orthopedic problems within scope of practice ● Assist in surgery including first assist and tissue closures ● Conduct hospital rounds and document patient care ● Participate in multidisciplinary rounding and quality assurance initiatives Schedule and Shift Details ● Day Shift + On call TBD based on number of providers sharing the call. Ability to work weekends occasionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- EHR Implementation
- EHR Optimization
- EHR Training
- Valid Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
- Valid Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) in Oregon (OR)
