As an ER Nurse Manager II, you will lead a team in the Emergency Department, focusing on high-quality care and patient safety. Key Responsibilities ● Shape a positive team environment. ● Ensure high-quality nursing practices. ● Promote teamwork and patient safety. ● Create plans and implement policies. ● Manage resources and oversee finances. ● Manage quality improvement efforts. ● Arrange educational programs to meet goals. ● Act as caregiver when needed. Schedule and Shift Details ● Full time days, Monday-Friday with flexibility to work with night and weekend shift staff.

Qualifications

Required
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas (TX)
