Director of HRIS

Overview

This role leads the Human Resources Information Systems function, ensuring technology solutions support business needs effectively. You will manage projects, maintain system integrations, and collaborate with multiple departments to drive strategic HR technology initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to apply your HRIS expertise in a collaborative environment focused on excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities ● Provide vision, leadership, planning, budgeting, project coordination, and management for HRIS ● Facilitate efficient operations to meet current and future business technology needs within the Office of Talent Management ● Maintain integrations between HR systems and enterprise applications ● Partner with Talent Management, Information Systems, and CISO to develop and execute strategic priorities ● Drive business outcomes through HRIS strategies ● Ensure continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Meditech HR – Human Resources
  • Human Resources
• HRIS (10+ years)
• UKG (4+ years)
