Overview
This role offers a full-time opportunity to join a collaborative inpatient anesthesia care team in a hospital-based setting with a flexible self-scheduling model. Candidates will provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics, and participate in a supportive environment that values professional growth, work-life balance, and competitive compensation. Key Responsibilities ● Administer anesthetics during surgical, obstetrical, medical, and dental procedures ● Provide anesthesia care to patients of all ASA classifications ● Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations ● Develop and implement anesthesia care plans ● Monitor patients during and after procedures to ensure safe anesthetic delivery ● Provide airway management hospital-wide as needed ● Respond to anesthesia emergencies and participate in on-call coverage ● Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and care teams ● Document all patient care accurately within EPIC EMR Schedule and Shift Details Self-scheduling model covering 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, or 24-hour shifts; includes on-call coverage Weekend Requirements Weekend call coverage Friday 7:00pm – Monday 7:00am (every 6-week rotation block) On Call Requirements: Weekend call coverage Friday 7:00pm – Monday 7:00am in 12-hour blocks, once every 6-week schedule block

- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan (MI)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
- Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
- Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Doctorate degree
