Non-Interventional Cardiologist

Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated non-interventional cardiologist to join their team and take over a cardiology practice with historic high volume. The ideal candidate will be personable, productive, and committed to establishing strong referral relationships. Flexible candidate profiles are welcome, including young physicians on J-1 visas, US-trained doctors, or semi-retired physicians seeking part-time work. Key Responsibilities ● Provide non-interventional cardiology services to patients ● Nuclear Available ● Rebuild and grow cardiology practice volume ● Establish and maintain strong referral relationships with regional cardiology programs ● Work collaboratively with nurse practitioner and hospital staff ● Participate in productivity-based compensation model ● Support telecardiology services partnership Schedule and Shift Details ● Four-day work week, approximately 40 hours per week; flexible scheduling options including part-time (e.g., three days a week) considered; Fridays typically administrative work ● No locums ● Open and creative client Screening Questions 1) Are you board certified in cardiology? 2) Do you have experience working as a non-interventional cardiologist? 3) Are you willing to work a four-day work week with potential for part-time scheduling? 4) Are you comfortable working under a productivity-based compensation model? 5) Do you have experience building or rebuilding a cardiology practice? 6) Are you able to establish strong referral relationships with other healthcare providers? 7) Are you eligible to work in the United States (including J-1 visa holders)? 8) Are you willing to collaborate with nurse practitioners and hospital staff? 9) Are you available to start around February 12th? 10) Are you located within a drivable distance to the hospital or willing to relocate?

• Doctorate degree
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Cardiology - Invasive
  • Cardiology
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Board Certified
  • Board Eligible
