Internal Medicine Physician - Concierge Medicine

Overview

Must have some concierge Experience This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated internal medicine physician to join a concierge practice focused on personalized, integrative care. The position allows for longer patient visits, strong relationship building, and mentorship during a planned transition. The practice supports professional growth with training in functional medicine and a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities ● Provide personalized concierge-style internal medicine care ● Manage preventive and adult internal medicine cases ● Treat diabetes and chronic diseases ● Provide cardiac care and manage heart failure ● Manage kidney disease and Alzheimer’s/cognitive health ● Incorporate integrative services such as peptide therapy, genomic testing, NAD therapy, and regenerative medicine ● Transition and train alongside retiring physician to ensure smooth handoff of established patient panel

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Board Eligible
  • Board Certified
