Overview

This role offers an opportunity to provide impactful mental health treatment and case management to children and families in their homes and communities. You will deliver evidence-based therapy, coordinate with multiple service providers, and support families in building lasting support networks. The position requires flexibility, a strong commitment to family-centered care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and community setting. Key Responsibilities ● Provide weekly family therapy using the TFCO treatment model ● Introduce and practice behavioral coping and parenting skills with families ● Engage primary caregivers and key participants in active, change-oriented treatment ● Identify and overcome barriers to engagement ● Develop therapeutic relationships with families ● Provide direct clinical treatment compatible with TFCO model ● Coordinate services with mental health and medical professionals ● Facilitate collateral contacts with schools and community organizations ● Advocate for families to meet needs and achieve independence ● Link families with community resources ● Assist families in scheduling psychiatric evaluations and medication reviews ● Identify and eliminate barriers to services ● Enhance existing community services and develop new services based on family needs ● Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with community organizations ● Make referrals to Child Protective Services and Adult Protective Services as needed ● Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, case consultations, and training ● Provide individual, family, and group therapy; crisis intervention; case management ● Perform other duties as assigned Schedule and Shift Details ● Must maintain flexible work schedules including non-traditional hours based on family needs; available 7 days a week, 24 hours per day for on-call rotation Travel ● Travel required with mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate

Qualifications

Required
  • Master's degree or higher
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Michigan (MI)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Michigan (MI)
    • Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) in Michigan (MI)
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Michigan (MI)
    • Limited License Psychologist (LLP) in Michigan (MI)
