Overview

This role offers a clinical-focused opportunity for a motivated physician to lead and grow a hospital-based outpatient wound care and hyperbaric medicine practice. The position emphasizes building referral networks and increasing patient volume with minimal administrative duties and strong support staff. Key Responsibilities ● Conduct new patient evaluations with longer visits ● Perform bedside debridements and develop treatment plans ● Supervise hyperbaric treatments performed by technicians ● Build referral relationships to grow patient volume ● Engage with the community to support clinic growth ● Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including vascular, infectious disease, and surgery specialists Schedule and Shift Details ● Monday through Friday, approximately 7:30 AM to 3:30/4:00 PM, no nights, no weekends, no on-call duties Benefits • 20 days annual PTO, 6 days annual paid holidays, and 3 days annual paid CME with $2000.00 expense stipend. • Malpractice Insurance provided by HWC. • Health Insurance Reimbursement up to $800 per month No Podiatrist - they usally can only do lower extremity

The founding doctor began as the medical director of a single wound care clinic in, OK. She and her team have successfully expanded the company to staff the medical directors and mid-level providers at 7 wound care clinics throughout Texas and Arkansas along with an outreach program in the surrounding medical communities which includes nursing homes, rehab centers and skilled care units. The providers and clinical staff are available and prepared to provide a comprehensive advanced treatment plan for non-healing wounds. the providers have over 100 years of combined wound care and hyperbaric medicine experience. They provide education to the larger community along with teaching advanced wound modalities to fellow specialists. Their philosophy is to consider the patient’s overall health and related comorbidities to their wounds. They also integrate the knowledge from their colleagues to provide a multidisciplinary approach to care.
