MRI Technologist
Overview
This role offers an opportunity to work as an MRI Technologist performing advanced imaging procedures under the guidance of a Radiologist. You will use your technical skills to ensure patient safety and provide high quality diagnostic images. The position requires evening shifts and weekend work, ideal for candidates seeking a stable full-time role in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities ● Perform various Radiology Services procedures at a technical level without constant supervision ● Conduct a variety of imaging and documentation procedures including Radiology procedures ● Apply prescribed ionizing radiation and/or MRI for radiologic diagnosis ● Ensure patient safety protocols are followed ● Serve as first line interface with customers to meet their imaging needs ● Assist in the department of Radiology and support its functions ● Prioritize patient care and deliver high quality imaging services Schedule and Shift Details ● Evening shift, 36 hours per week, weekends required
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Meditech ITS – Imaging
- Meditech MRI – Medical Records
- Radiology (1+ years)
- Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in New York (NY)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
