⚠️ Recruiter Payment Note: This client pays placement fees 90 days after the candidate's start date. Recruiter commissions will be paid once Relode receives payment from the client. If a candidate signs several months before their start date, your commission will be paid 90 days after the candidate begins employment, not when the employment agreement is signed. A doctor can receive up to a $50,000.00 bonus plus Monthly and Quarterly Incentives. This role blends clinical patient care with leadership responsibilities in an urgent care setting. You will lead a team to provide excellent patient care while managing clinic operations and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities ● Provide direct patient care and lead by example to create an exceptional patient experience ● Lead healthcare management to ensure execution of medical model ● Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive clinical outcomes and case closure ● Manage clinicians and support staff, complying with supervisory requirements ● Create a professional and collaborative working environment ● Identify and implement changes for continuous clinic improvement ● Maintain relationships with center clients and payers ● Manage clinical and support staffing levels with leadership team ● Promote and exemplify company values for all clinic colleagues ● Foster collaboration, professionalism, patient and colleague safety, quality care, and continuous improvement ● Provide input on clinic budget and key business metrics Schedule and Shift Details ● Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, no nights, no weekends, no holidays, no on-call

- NextGen Inpatient Clinicals
- Clinical Documentation
- Clinical Quality
