MUST HAVE CANDIDATE SUBMITTED TO CLIENT BY 8/12/26 This role offers a full-time vascular surgery position with excellent compensation and a predictable weekday schedule. Candidates will provide comprehensive vascular care in a supportive environment serving Veterans. The position includes long-term contract stability and opportunities to work alongside experienced clinical teams. Key Responsibilities ● Provide vascular surgery services including outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, operating room procedures, and emergency consults ● Manage approximately 50 clinic patients per week and perform 10–15 vascular procedures per month ● Collaborate with experienced clinical staff including PA-C support and dedicated nursing staff ● Participate in call coverage with availability by phone within 15 minutes and onsite arrival within 60 minutes if called back ● Utilize three operating rooms and clinic scheduling assistance to deliver patient care Schedule and Shift Details ● Monday-Friday clinical schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM clinic hours, 41 weeknight call shifts annually, 9 weekend call assignments annually, on-call availability with callback approximately once per week

Qualifications

Required
  • Doctorate degree
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Surgery - Vascular
    • Surgery
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Medical Doctor (MD)
    • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Board Eligible
    • Board Certified
  • Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
    • American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
    • Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
