Pharmacist
Overview
This role offers an opportunity to work as an Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacist in a busy Level III Trauma Center emergency department. You will provide direct patient care, lead medication protocol initiatives, participate in emergency responses, and support clinical education. The position is on-site in Salina, KS, with a strong benefits package and opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities ● Provide direct pharmaceutical care in the emergency department ● Lead development and implementation of ED-specific medication protocols and quality initiatives ● Participate in emergency responses including code blue, trauma, and stroke alerts ● Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents ● Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes in urgent and emergent care ● Participate on medical staff and hospital-wide committees to support patient safety and care excellence
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree
- Valid Pharmacist in Kansas (KS)
